Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect information submitted through this website.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This policy describes, in plain language, what personal information this website collects and how it is used. It is a general-purpose template and has not been reviewed by legal counsel — before relying on it, EEBEL Integrated Services Ltd should have it reviewed against Nigeria's Data Protection Act (2023) and any other applicable law.

EEBEL Integrated Services Ltd ("EEBEL", "we", "us", "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using this website and submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that you choose to provide to us directly through the forms on this website:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, phone number, service of interest and message.
  • Careers application form — your name, email address, phone number, position applied for, cover message and, if provided, your resume/CV file.
  • Newsletter sign-up — your email address.

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information automatically beyond standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated by normal website hosting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to enquiries and quote requests submitted through the contact form;
  • Review and process job applications submitted through the careers page;
  • Send newsletter updates to subscribers who opt in, and let them unsubscribe at any time;
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) applies, we process your information on the basis of: your consent (for example, submitting a form or subscribing to our newsletter); our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and recruitment applications; and, where applicable, steps necessary to enter into a contract with you (such as employment).

4. How We Share Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to operate this website or as required by law:

  • Our website hosting provider, to store and serve the site;
  • Google, which supplies the embedded map on our Contact page and the web fonts used across the site — these load directly from Google's servers, which may log standard technical data such as your IP address, subject to Google's own privacy policy;
  • Regulators, law enforcement or other parties where disclosure is required by law.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

This website does not use cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember one setting — whether you prefer light or dark display mode. This preference is stored only on your own device, contains no personal information, and is never transmitted to us.

6. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and application information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, consider your application, or comply with legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict how we use it; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
